Yuliana is a seasoned biotech executive and the team’s mission enforcer. After completing her Genetics PhD and post-doctoral research at the universities of Nottingham and Oxford, respectively, she worked in biotech and pharma management consulting, where she helped companies develop their asset commercialization and market access strategies. From 2019 to 2024, Yuliana was part of the executive team at Basepaws, a pet genetics company, acquired by the animal pharma startup Zoetis in 2022. As Basepaws’ Head of R&D, she led the development and refinement of new technologies and scientific products and was a key stakeholder in the translation of scientific discovery into business strategy.
